Description	Within the scope of the project JEN was contracted by the Client to elaborate a thorough business plan for the establishment of required facilities for the organization of wine tours inArmenia, which would include expansion of existing vineyard, construction of small-scale winery and small hotel with a restaurant. The project included assessment of company’s current performance, market review both for the hotel and for the winery, competitive analysis, assessment of company’s existing facilities and capacities, assessment of required facilities for the implementation of the project, estimation of investment requirements, and detailed financial projections.
