Description	Within the scope of the project the primary task of JEN was to elaborate a comprehensive business plan for further development of the “Jermuk Ashkharh” sanatorium. The project included assessment of company’s current performance, competitive analysis, assessment of company’s existing facilities and capacities, including the available and necessary medical equipment, review of necessary construction and modernization works, to be carried out in the sanatorium, estimation of necessary investment requirements, and detailed financial projections.
