| Description | Within the scope of the project the primary task of JEN was to elaborate comprehensive business restructuring plan for improving the value chain and profitability through upgrading the existing production capacities and more effective unitization of available market opportunities.
The project included identification of possible suppliers of aseptic filling lines for tomato paste production, assessment of company’s current performance, market review, competitive analysis, assessment of company’s existing facilities and capacities, assessment of required facilities for the implementation of the project, estimation of investment requirements, identification of potential equipment suppliers, and detailed financial projections. |
